Shipping destinations
We currently ship Shopify orders to addresses in the United States.
Fulfillment and processing
U.S. orders are fulfilled through our Amazon MCF U.S. fulfillment network. Orders normally leave the fulfillment center within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated delivery time
Standard delivery is typically 3–5 business days after dispatch. Please allow up to 12 business days for delivery. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping costs
- Orders below $30: $2.99 standard shipping.
- Orders of $30 or more: free standard shipping.
The shipping rate shown at checkout is the final rate for the order.
Tracking
We will email tracking information when your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
Lost, damaged, or incorrect deliveries
If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong item, contact info@shoplightyear.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos where applicable so we can make it right.
This fulfillment address is not a customer return address. Please follow the instructions in our Refund Policy before sending a return.
